Regardless of what the Old Testament say in the New Testament Paul tells followers of Christ that those who love by the old book shall be cursed. So in a sense religiously I don't mind Jewish people being against gay marriage (although that should not effect the legality of it) but Christians saying homosexuality is a sin because "the bible" (Old Testament) says so, is inherently also a sin.

buddy, we’ve been over this.

Jews have little problem with homosexuality because the Tanakh doesn’t actually say that. the original hebrew is translated and interpreted as it being wrong to sleep in a woman’s bed with a man as you’d sleep with the woman, because you’re damaging her property. you don’t really hear Jewish people talk about gay marriage or homosexual acts because it doesn’t matter to us.

also, I have no idea where this came from. but don’t blame Jews for that.

when I was in high school some dudes would play a game called soap drop and they would walk up to people and yell “sOAP DROP” and slap the books out of someone’s hands and another person would come up behind them when they bent over to pick them up, and pelvic thrust them so they fell and then one time they did it to a gay kid and he didn’t fall and he said “I guess that’s what happens when you mess with a power bottom” IM STILL LAUGHING

This is Sharpay Evans.
In her junior year, all her hard work she’d put into the East High drama department was thrown down the drain when a ruthless monster named Gabriella Montez transferred to the school and heartlessly seized the leading role from her.
Over the summer break between her junior and senior years, she was stabbed in the back by her own twin brother mere moments before she was meant to go on at a talent show, and she was deprived of the prestigious Star Dazzle Award that she - and not Gabriella Montez - deserved.
In her senior year, she was betrayed yet again. Sharpay, out of the goodness of her own heart, took a British exchange student named Tiara under her wing. Tiara turned on Sharpay and stole her role in the spring musical.
Nevertheless, Sharpay managed to bounce back, and she overcame all that stood between her and her dreams.
